On January 4th, a batch of the latest servo presses, which are based on the standard of "intelligent servo, precise control", began to be packed and shipped in the workshop. This is the first batch of servo presses to be shipped in 2024.

This batch of servo presses will be sent to Jiangxi and will be put into production at a magnetic material product manufacturer in Jiangxi.  They will be used to press precision nickel-zinc small pieces with a pressure tonnage of 20 tons, 1 out of 10.  It took about 45 days to produce this batch of servo presses from research and development to landing and shipping.

During the 45 days, the project technical department continuously overcome several technical difficulties, solved a series of personalized needs for customers, and received full affirmation and recognition from customers.

It is worth mentioning that the customer demand we face in delivering this batch of servo presses is highly representative. Therefore, Heshi has taken this opportunity to solve a major pain point in the market for similar models.  Heshi new servo press can improve the production efficiency of enterprises by at least 10%.

At the 2023 commendation conference, Heshi technology team that made outstanding contributions to high-quality development was awarded the “Technological Innovation Award”, “Sustainable Development Promotion Award” and other awards.

In 2024, HESHI will continue to work closely with customers and enterprises to work together towards the goal of efficient, green production and high-quality development.
